Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Reservoir Data Analyst / Technician who brings strong analytical capability, data management skills, and a foundational understanding of upstream oil and gas and/or corporate planning workflows. This role will support enterprise data systems, budgeting cycles, reporting processes, performance analysis, and development planning. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that enhance decision making across Engineering, Budget & Planning, Corporate Finance and Operations teams. General responsibilities: Serve as a bridge between technical data systems and corporate planning processes, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and analytical rigor. Integrate data from multiple internal systems to produce reliable, unified datasets for planning, engineering, and analytical use. Support corporate planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reviews, and scenario analysis. Prepare deliverables for senior leadership including dashboards, variance analysis, operational metrics, and development outlooks. Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and processes supporting enterprise data needs. Support development and enhancement of Databricksbased data solutions under the guidance of senior data staff. Convert raw data into usable formats for data consumers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and implement improvements in data workflows. Automate recurring planning workflows (forecast pulls, dashboards, update cycles) to improve speed and consistency.
