About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Reservations Supervisor. In this base plus commission payed position you are responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all guest while taking, recording, and cancelling reservations all with an understating to maximize revenue and occupancy for Kalahari Resorts. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the agents. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Requirements

Computer experience and being bilingual in Spanish is required.
Background consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
You must also be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
Flexible schedule that could include Weekends and Holidays
