The Reservations Agent will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, pages, radio requests, and faxes courteously and professionally, while also assisting with selling the hotel and coordinating reservation details. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests by providing information, accurately assessing needs, and responding to a wide variety of requests. By adding personal recommendations and thoughtful touches, the agent ensures each interaction is seamless and tailored to achieve maximum guest satisfaction—all while maintaining compliance with Four Seasons’ policies and standards.
