About The Position

Join our team as a Reservation Agent and be the voice that helps guests plan their stay. If you enjoy talking with people, problem-solving, and creating great guest experiences, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Sales-minded with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience with reservation systems (Opera/SynXis preferred, but not required)
• Participation in ongoing training and development

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming guest calls and assist with reservations in a timely, professional manner
• Accurately enter and manage reservations in Opera/SynXis systems
• Secure deposits and ensure all reservation details are correct
• Listen to guest needs and recommend the best room types, packages, and amenities
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling (golf, packages, add-ons, etc.)
• Stay informed on all US Hotel properties, amenities, and promotions
• Assist with group reservations and name lists as needed
• Support front desk operations by answering overflow calls when needed
