The Antitumor Assessment Core at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center supports the early discovery and preclinical development of new cancer diagnostics and therapies by designing and executing rigorous in vivo testing using advanced patient-derived models. The Core plays a critical role in determining how potential treatments behave in living system, evaluating safety, dosing, effectiveness, and optimal treatment strategies before therapies reach clinical trials.
