About The Position

The Philpot laboratory develops therapeutics for single gene disorders. We are seeking a research technician to perform research tasks in the lab as well as help with lab management duties. Research tasks will include performing mouse behavioral experiments, mouse colony organization and breeding, histological assays (e.g. immunocytochemistry), confocal microscopy, tissue collections and processing (dissections, sectioning, immunohistochemistry), and data analysis. This position will require animal handling. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
