We’re looking for a research-native, customer-facing expert who operates at the intersection of pre-sales consulting and post-sales onboarding. This is not a traditional onboarding role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to research and insights teams, helping them envision what’s possible before they buy and realize value immediately after they do. From early discovery calls to hands-on onboarding, you’ll own the full research adoption journey. You’ll combine the mindset of a researcher, the storytelling of a sales engineer, and the execution of an onboarding lead.
