About The Position

Baptist Health is looking for a Research Site Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY! The research site manager is responsible for the successful execution of protocols at the site level for multiple investigators and therapeutic areas, including industry-sponsored, federally funded and investigator-initiated trials. Working in a top-down management environment, serve as an expert resource to assigned staff to oversee and facilitate the development and implementation of tools, plans and strategies for managing the clinical trial portfolio and clinical monitoring activities for clinical research trials associated with the multiple therapeutic area(s). Serve as supervisor for assigned research staff. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of research documents to ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and overall organization so the program is always audit ready. Works collaboratively as a participating member of Baptist Health Research administrative leadership team which includes, Associate Vice President of Research, Director, investigators, staff and other functional group key representatives from key therapeutic areas. Requirements

  • BS, BSN, BA in business or healthcare arena
  • 7 years job-related experience
  • Certified Clinical Research from ACRP or SoCRA

Nice To Haves

  • MHA preferred.
  • Direct clinical trial research experience preferred.
