The Researcher 2 is an individual‑contributor role requiring specialized expertise in immunology, molecular biology, or related fields. The position supports research projects of moderate scope and complexity, contributing through independent experiments, data generation, problem‑solving, and collaboration with functional or project teams. The incumbent may coordinate aspects of workflows, share technical knowledge with junior staff, and serve as a primary owner for defined lab processes. Work is performed with general guidance, and new assignments may require detailed instruction.
