About The Position

The Randolph lab is seeking an experienced clinical research assistant to contribute to pediatric ACEs, perinatal substance use, and epigenetics projects. This individual will work closely with the PI to develop analyses and eventual publication of results.

Requirements

  • BA/BS plus at least 4 years of experience or advanced degree plus 2 years of experience or a combination of related education and work experience to equal eight years.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail, conscientiousness, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be able to work 10-15 hours per week

Nice To Haves

  • Documented ability in scientific/technical writing, e.g. past contributions to published research papers or other scholarly products
  • Training or experience in statistical analysis of scientific data
  • Prior education or experience in neuroscience and clinical treatment of mental illness

  • Typical duties include attending staff meetings, presentation preparation, budgeting, and generating reports for the PI
