Requirements

• Enrolled in an academic institution as either an undergraduate or graduate student
• Must be in good standing academically
• Intern is expected to take appropriate safety and compliance training as determined by his/her home department and UT Southwestern policy
• No experience required

Responsibilities

• Helping with lower level core lab duties related to processing of research samples
• Perform general lab tasks
• May be trained to operate various lab equipment related to sample processing, glassware dishwashing and autoclaving
• Analyzing data
• Performing laboratory experiments
• Auditing research charts and entering data
• Performs other duties as assigned
