About The Position

This is a remote Research Intern position for 10-15 hours per week. The intern will assist in the development and implementation of programs and projects to support the organization's strategic initiatives. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, running pre-defined queries, formatting reports, and compiling presentation materials for projects, new initiatives, and data findings. Interns are expected to attend weekly group development sessions and actively participate in all NCH intern events. The position requires applying strategic, system-level thinking and operational excellence techniques for problem-solving, performing clerical office coordination and administrative tasks as needed, and collaborating directly with the manager to provide recommendations for department or business unit improvement. Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work within teams and maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment that often requires management and completion of multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to apply logical and critical thought processes when developing solutions.
  • Displays a positive presence and interacts with all levels of staff, outside vendors, consultants, and physicians.

Nice To Haves

  • Enrollment in High School or an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program.
  • Previous work experience in the medical field.

Responsibilities
