Research Integration Project Manager I
About The Position
The Research Integration Project Manager I ensures that all RAO Research Operations staff members receive high-quality, coordinated training and education in human research, covering all career phases from onboarding onwards. This role is for a senior and operationally active leader who will drive service excellence through continuous quality improvement. The focus of this improvement program includes research subject safety, critical processes, adherence to protocols and regulations, and data integrity. A key duty of this Manager also involves providing direct service to clinical trials, maintaining a functional connection with RAO staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of relevant professional and/or research experience
- Prioritizing Research experience
- Degree in Research, Science degree, or education
- Good at public speaking
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred
- Any education or precepting experience
- Project management cert or research cert a plus
Responsibilities
