About The Position

The Research Integration Project Manager I ensures that all RAO Research Operations staff members receive superior, coordinated training and education in the field of human research, from onboarding through all career phases. This senior and operationally active leader will drive service excellence through a program of continuous quality improvement focused on research subject safety, critical processes, protocol & regulatory adherence, and data integrity. Direct service to clinical trials is also a key duty of the Manager, who remains functionally connected to RAO staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of relevant professional and/or research experience
• Any education or precepting experience
• Prioritizing Research experience
• Degree in Research, Science degree, or education
• Good at public speaking

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree
• Project management certification
• Research certification
