Water is one of the most important issues facing Colorado – and we’re looking for an energetic and organized team member to help expand our programs and make conservation the norm in Colorado. The Research and Impact Analyst is responsible for Resource Central’s organization-wide research, evaluation, and data stewardship. This role builds a consistent approach to collecting and analyzing customer insight, program outcomes, and conservation impact across all programs. The position ensures data is organized, accessible, and useful to staff in every department through a shared internal learning hub. The role also leads periodic major research projects that produce compelling stories of impact and practical guidance, and it supports research-focused grant work to strengthen Resource Central’s innovation pipeline and scalability. This is a part-time, 24 hours a week, hybrid position based in Colorado. Compensation ranges from $28–$32/hour.
