Requirements

  • 2+ years work experience
  • Bachelors degree required
  • MS Office knowledge required, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to learn about new topics quickly and independently
  • Ability to think critically about research and modeling assumptions
  • Fluency in theoretical and methodological debates across multiple disciplines

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree/equivalent preferred
  • Candidates with diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated coursework in social sciences and humanities is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated experience in research methods
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing and communication skills, preferably for a range of audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Basic fluency in mathematics, especially key concepts in statistics and data science
  • Experience related to investing and asset management, especially in the context of US markets
  • Experience related to econometric or financial analysis, portfolio construction or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of any programming language
  • Familiarity with large language models and generative AI; including prompt and context engineering as well as best practices for responsible and ethical application
