About The Position

Growve is a leading health and wellness company specializing in acquiring, operating, and growing world-class brands within the active nutrition, dietary supplement, and beauty verticals, with a portfolio of 15 brands and thousands of unique products. We are seeking a detail-oriented R&D Technician to join our NutraSelf team. This role will utilize personal experience in product formulation, food safety, good manufacturing, and sanitation practices to provide tactical support to all departments, ensuring NutraSelf products are formulated with the utmost quality.

Requirements

1-3 years in an R&D position, preferably for a Dietary Supplement manufacturing company.
Knowledge of Label Review/creation, formulation (capsule beadlet, & flavoring powders).
Accountability skills to proactively handle department activities and take ownership for outcomes and needed follow up.
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, ensuring departmental tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Team oriented and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Ability to operate with integrity in all situations.
Value of open communication and open-mindedness.
Excellent communication skills, written & oral.
Microsoft computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of basic algebra and metric system.
High-level of initiative and dependability.
Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Meet all safety expectations including wearing the required personnel protective equipment, cGMP gowning garb and follow all safe practices.
Facilitate cross-training throughout the facility in all aspects of high-speed manufacturing.
Provide technical support to production, assisting with manufacturing products following all production standard procedures (kitting, mixing/blending, beadlet manufacturing, encapsulating, packaging, boxing, and labeling of the product).
Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at the start, during, and end of production.
