Requirements
- Strong background in applied ML and statistics (Python, SQL, survival analysis) with hands-on experience in healthcare data like EHRs or claims.
- Pragmatic, fast-moving executor who prioritizes actionable insights and real-world delivery over academic perfection.
- Exceptional communicator capable of engaging directly with clinical stakeholders to iterate on research questions and translate results into strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retrospective analyses including cohort definition, feature construction, and predictive modeling using clinical datasets.
- Collaborate closely with surgeon advisors to pressure-test assumptions and ensure the clinical relevance of your findings.
- Translate complex statistical results into clear visual narratives and slides that articulate clinical, operational, and financial impact.
