About The Position

Partners with all stakeholders throughout Parkview to assist and administer information system platforms as they relate to the research enterprise. Is the primary driver of development of enhancements to existing systems and plays a key role in the adoption of new systems identified in areas of future need. Conducts relevant training in conjunction with existing training processes and develops updated training materials as needed. As appropriate, connects internal and external partners with the existing systems at Parkview Research Center to continue collaborations and areas of shared interest.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Health Sciences, Computer Sciences or related area.
  • Oncore Administration required.
  • Oncore CRM required.
  • Oncore Financials required.
  • Florence Administration required.
  • Epic Certification(s) for the research application required at time of hire or within 6 months of hire date. Certification must remain up to date.
  • Two years of experience in related field.
  • One year of experience in project management or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical research administration.
  • Skills in enterprise level software application development and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing projects and associated critical paths.
  • Extensive computer skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Possesses the ability to address process requirements.
  • Demonstrates good customer relationship skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Skilled at problem solving, strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to understand complex issues and communicate these issues to co-workers.
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users.

Nice To Haves

  • Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals preferred.
  • Familiarity with information technology service management (ITSM) principles preferred.
