About The Position

We’re looking for a Research Coordinator to join our team in New York and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale. Your Challenge As Research Coordinator, you will: Support global advertising research and measurement initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination across regions. Manage global invoicing and budget tracking for research and measurement programs. Monitor and maintain an up to date view of new measurement and data partners across the global market. Collect, organize, and share research learnings and partner updates with regional teams. Build global research collateral, including market specific insights, summaries, and playbooks. Create clear and compelling presentations to communicate research findings and insights. Stay informed on privacy regulations, data governance updates, and industry changes impacting research and measurement. Ensure consistent processes, documentation, and information sharing across markets. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaign measurement, analysis, and custom reporting.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in media research at a media agency, digital publisher, or data and analytics company.
  • Familiarity with syndicated media research tools such as Nielsen and ComScore.
  • Experience with third party measurement and research partners such as Kantar, Dynata, Cint, Disqo, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of media planning fundamentals including reach, frequency, CPM, audience composition, and lift.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Ability to translate complex research or technical topics into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with an interest in storytelling and consumer insights.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional and global teams.
  • Curious mindset and eagerness to learn and stay ahead of industry changes.
