At MJH Life Sciences our success is measured by your success! Our associates come from all backgrounds, sharing one key quality: determination to succeed. We value being Service Focused, having a Passion for Winning, Innovation, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork. Nothing means more to us than hiring people with these attributes. If you believe you’re right for the job, this is the place to prove it! What does it take to move from education to impact? This role is focused on answering that question. The Research Associate will lead efforts to understand the needs, motivations, and real-world constraints of health care professionals (HCPs), ensuring that advisory and knowledge-based initiatives are not only relevant, but positioned to drive meaningful change in clinical practice and patient outcomes. The Research Associate will play a critical role in advancing a deep, evidence-based understanding of the evolving needs of HCPs and the real-world contexts in which they practice. This role supports strategic research initiatives designed to uncover practice gaps, professional development needs, and the factors that influence clinical decision-making, learning, and behavior change. Working across the full research lifecycle, the Research Associate will contribute to the design and execution of mixed-methods studies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires, as well as systematic literature reviews and quantitative and qualitative analyses. Particular emphasis will be placed on evaluating how advisory and knowledge-based educational initiatives align with HCPs needs and contribute to meaningful outcomes, including changes in knowledge, competence, performance, and perceived impact on patient care. The Research Associate will support the synthesis of findings into clear, actionable insights, translating complex data into strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders and external partners. Grounded in psychological science, this role applies principles from cognitive, developmental, and behavioral research to better understand how health care providers engage with educational content and how those experiences can be optimized to drive practice-relevant outcomes.
