Hanover Grants Research Associates (GRAs) work alongside Content Directors and Grants Consultants, providing grant prospecting and secondary research services for (primarily) higher education clients. GRAs will be responsible for identifying public and private funding opportunities based on client need and assessing appropriate fit of highly technical funding programs. GRAs will also occasionally contribute to proposal narratives in the form of best practices research, literature reviews, and needs assessments. This is an ideal role for those with a passion for getting to know scientific research, public health delivery, and academic programming intimately and helping clients to become more effective in carrying out their institutional missions. This position will report directly to a senior Research Consultant.
