The Information Networking Institute (INI) at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) educates and develops engineers through technical, interdisciplinary master's degree programs in information networking, security and mobile and IoT engineering that incorporate business and policy perspectives. The Information Networking Institute is seeking a full-time Research Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. This position will work with Professor Hibshi and the CS Academy team to create teachers' resources that can be useful for K-12 to use in classrooms to teach cybersecurity. High School Degree or Equivalent
Research Experience
Data collection and Analysis Experience
Data Entry Experience
Record Management Experience
A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
Successful background check

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate and detailed research records and files.
Performs library research and field explorations.
Performs related duties as assigned.
