Requirements
- Basic laboratory experience preferred.
- Results-oriented, precise, analytical, and innovative; demonstrates intellectual curiosity and initiative.
- Basic laboratory skills, including:
- Recording test parameters, observations, and data accurately.
- Summarizing data, observations, and conclusions clearly.
- Collaborating with project teams to evaluate process effectiveness.
- Conducting processing and formulation tests using bench protocols.
- Supporting pilot plant activities to scale up recipes and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Adheres to Good Laboratory Practices.
- Currentl pursuing BSc or MSc in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life science, Biology, or Biochemistry
- Able to work in Bridgewater, NJ starting May 26th, 2026
Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory experiments to assess new technologies and new ingredients to deliver on project goals. Optimize process conditions.
- Assist in formulation and processing design of technical projects
- Test variants to optimize bench testing methods.
- Conduct stability and functionality evaluation.
- Summarize main findings and present results to team members
