About The Position

The Research Assistant 2 assists the Research Supervisor in conducting research projects. This mixed-methods study examines how the Cultural Safety Report has influenced individual research practices and structural changes within organizations engaged in Indigenous health research in Québec. Support developing ethics application; Refine methodology & data collection tools (survey, interview guides); Coordinate communication with partners; Conduct mixed-methods data collection; Contribute to analysis and dissemination of findings.

Requirements

• Masters Degree required (Research Assistant 2), or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience (Research Assistant 1)
• Must be both authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.
• English communication both verbally and in writing.
