About The Position

Apply realist evaluation methodology to develop, refine, and test Context–Mechanism–Outcome (CMO) configurations related to IRC strategies and digital health interventions. Lead and support study protocol amendments, including theory development, data collection planning, analytic strategies, and ethics submissions. Collect, manage, and analyze mixed-methods data (qualitative interviews, surveys, administrative and digital platform data), ensuring methodological rigor and reproducibility. Support implementation and evaluation of IRC strategies and digital health tools, including monitoring deployment, assessing fidelity, and integrating stakeholder feedback across sites. Contribute substantively to scientific outputs and knowledge mobilization products, including methods sections, analytic frameworks, figures, publications, presentations, and policy-relevant materials. Provide research support to other related projects within the program as required.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree required.
  • Knowledge in related field.
