Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Position reports to the Director of Regulatory Readiness and the Manager of Clinical Research. Works collaboratively across the system and teams to support clinical research programs and regulatory efforts including coordination of departmental and research study finances, contract processing, support of continuous regulatory and research readiness, management of study records, support of regulatory and research committees and work groups, and coordination of other projects or tasks as assigned. Additional responsibilities may include data collection, reporting, basic analysis, and dissemination of accurate, timely and informative communications. Departmental administrative functions such preparation of meeting materials (data visualization tools/slide decks/agendas/minutes), scheduling, payroll, departmental expenditure tracking and management of department(s) SharePoint resources pages.
