About The Position

Job Summary: The Research and Development (R&D) Associate is responsible for assisting and performing assigned tasks needed to support new product development and innovation. This role offers hands-on experience in R&D with an opportunity to contribute to real-world product launches and long-term innovation. Assigned tasks cover the entire product life cycle from concept to regulatory approval. Position reports to the Director of Research and Development. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments that drive product development in regenerative dentistry. Contribute to the optimization of materials, formulations, and processes for next-generation synthetic and biologics-based products. Maintain accurate research documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Help conduct literature reviews and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and marketing teams to bring ideas to market. Prepare protocols, technical reports, and presentations to communicate experimental results and progress. Support and gain experience in the testing needed to support regulatory submissions for new product clearance. Job Requirements: Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Materials Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields in the medical or natural sciences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation. Excellent communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Materials Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields in the medical or natural sciences. Prior product development or research experience is a plus, but drive and curiosity matter most. Prior experience in FDA regulated industry. Prior experience with CAD systems.
