About The Position

Salary: $27,500-$32,500 per year at .50 FTE; Salary Offered Depends on Experience. Essential Duties: Manage, merge, clean, and analyze data related to policies, systems, and programs that serve young children and families. Interpret data and produce clear reports, visualizations, and summaries to inform project deliverables and decision-making. Communicate key findings, project updates, and analytic insights to CEP leadership and partners. Manage multiple competing priorities in alignment with the CEP’s mission and project goals. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in statistics, data analytics, data science, psychology, behavioral science, sociology, education, economics, public policy, family and human development, or related field
• Experience conducting complex quantitative data analyses
• Experience managing, merging, and analyzing large, complex, and administrative data sets
• Experience conducting policy, program, and/or intervention evaluations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
