About The Position

Far Ridgeline Engagements, a QinetiQ US company, is s eeking an experienced Targeter or Organizational Mapping Specialist to support the visualization and analysis of complex organizational structure both CONUS and OCONUS. The goal is to discover relationships between entities and individuals. This role requires the individual to think and act as both investigator and red team member. You will both investigate and red team and the entities discovered. The individual will be turning fragmented and ambiguous data into actionable information.

Requirements

  • Education or experience in lieu of education: Bachelor’s degree; or 5-years of military service; or 5-years of comparable civilian sector work experience
  • Military/Government Training: must have Investigative skills.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Deep Research/Investigations
  • Use of LLM AI
  • Research/Investigation Plan Development
  • Organization Mapping
  • Threat Vector Identification
  • Vulnerability Identification
  • Required TS/SCI

  • Technical writing assessment will be required as part of the hiring process

Nice To Haves

  • Training: Social Network Analysis, Mapping, and Targeting
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Management/leadership
  • 3+ years’ experience mapping relationships
  • Ability to self-direct/initiative
  • Excellent communication skills including briefing GO/FO and Senior Executives, preparing executive level reports and assessments
  • Technical 3+ years Analysis and Assessment writing
  • Tracking/assessment of AdTech/AdId, marketing and business information
  • Understanding of geolocation data
  • CI/HUMINT Targeting
  • 3+ years experience physical resources/asset tracing
  • Tools experience
  • Experience with i2 Analyst Notebook, Maltego or equivalent tools

Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis position focused on identification of personalities to understand security vulnerabilities revealed by common trends among those personalities.
  • Research will initially begin with open source information (printed and online).
  • Experience with major LLM AIs and assessment of the models’ rationalization and guardrails is beneficial.
  • The later phase in the project will include sensitive and proprietary information.
  • The candidate will produce detailed a report detailing personalities, organizations, and how they relate; and, link diagram to illustrate.
  • The candidate is expected to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner tailored to both technical specialists and executive level decision makers.
  • Adhere to the highest of standard of ethical conduct, legal compliance, and operational security in all investigative and analytic techniques.
  • Document analytical methodologies, reasoning, and full investigative process to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability.
  • Ensure all sensitive data is handled, stored, and transmitted in accordance with classification guidelines.
