The Enterprise Research Program at Primerica provides organizational transparency into the voice of the customer and empowers leaders to prioritize business opportunities informed by customer feedback. Reputation Management is seeking an intern with an interest and familiarity in financial services and customer experience research to work across the enterprise to gain real-world, applied experience with industry tools and methods, communicating insights, and contributing to customer-centric decision-making. The desired candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior Analyst with the planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative research efforts.
