The primary role of the Requirements Management Lead is to provide requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation, and verification for Sponsor high priority intelligence program. The successful candidate will facilitate requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensure documentation, coordination with technical teams, program leadership, and security professionals. analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field with Ten (10) years of relevant experience or high school diploma with an additional 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ten (10) years of direct combined experience in requirements management for technical IT solution projects, System/Software development, IT systems administration, cybersecurity compliance
  • Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in a role such as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator for programs of similar scope or complexity.
  • Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams.
  • Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for IT systems
  • Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
  • An active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
  • A “U.S. person” according to the ITAR definition is a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual such as a refugee or asylee.
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT Project Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development.
  • Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and Views.
  • Agile Methodologies certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning.
  • Experience supporting technical IT development teams in the IC.
  • Experience with successful execution of process improvement.
  • Ten (10} years of experience working in the IC.
