About The Position

Pantheon Data is seeking a Requirements Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in capturing, documenting, and managing project requirements across enterprise health IT and data modernization initiatives. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with DHA's strategic objectives . This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across diverse technical and program teams to ensure mission success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
• 5+ years of professional, hand-son experience as an analyst supporting data-driven products and/or solutions.
• Proven experience as a Requirements Management Analyst or similar role.
• Experience using Jira or like p roject management software , Microsoft 365 suite.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, with shifting priorities .
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, organized and a good problem solver .
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the DoD, Military Health System (MHS) and the DHA is highly desired .
• Knowledge of advanced technologies and innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies .
• Experience with AI/ ML a plus .

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DHA stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements using DHA-approved tools and methodologies.
• Maintain and update a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure requirements align with project scope, goals, and objectives .
• Partner with project managers, engineers, testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding and proper implementation of requirements.
• Conduct routine reviews of requirement documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, providing corrective recommendations.
• Track and manage requirement changes, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and communication across all stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of requirement specifications, design documents, and test plans to validate compliance with DHA standards.
• Participate in project and governance meetings, providing subject matter expertise and recommendations related to requirements management.
• Foster collaboration among technical and non-technical teams to resolve requirement-related issues and ensure successful project delivery.
