About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Requirements Analyst to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities Gather, organize, and refine business, functional, and technical requirements in coordination with stakeholders. Translate operational needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to program objectives. Maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure alignment from requirements → design → development → test → delivery. Manage requirements baselines, review change impacts, and support controlled scope management and change control processes. Administer requirements artifacts in Jira and related ALM tools: record status, track dependencies, and monitor delivery progress. Perform impact analysis, produce routine traceability reports, and supply decision‑grade information to support program governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support prioritization and validation activities. #ENOCS Qualifications Qualifications 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance. Candidate must meet ONE of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering; OR Relevant DoD/military training (example: Systems Requirements Planner (Intermediate) Playlist); OR Relevant professional certification or equivalent experience (examples: CCSP; CFR; FITSP‑M; GSEC; Security+; SSCP). Required experience and skills: Requirements engineering, business analysis, or systems analysis experience supporting enterprise or DoD programs. Proficiency authoring requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining traceability matrices. Hands‑on experience with Jira or equivalent ALM/requirements tools for tracking status, dependencies, and change control. Strong analytical, written, and stakeholder facilitation skills; ability to produce clear requirement artifacts and routine governance reporting. Desired: Prior DoD/ARNG requirements or systems engineering experience. Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
