Torch Technologies is seeking a Requirements Analyst with expertise in military requirements development, capabilities gap analysis, and staff operations to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401) in its C-sUAS mission. JIATF 401 serves as the Department of Defense’s central point for synchronizing and integrating C-sUAS efforts across all stakeholders—including the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and inter-agency partners—both CONUS and OCONUS. The incumbent will assist in generating requirements to address the full spectrum of materiel and non-materiel needs, encompassing Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel (non-developmental), Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P). As a Requirements Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Support the identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps and the development of briefing products related to gap analysis. Identify and integrate developments in materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for the Joint Force. Develop and analyze requirements documents in support of joint capabilities development processes. Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, and decision support correspondence Represent JIATF 401 equities at briefings, meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest. Execute staff actions to support JIATF 401 efforts. Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations.
