About The Position

Outlaw Stallion Station is looking for a quality team member to work as a Reproduction Manger. Outlaw Stallion Station is seeking someone who is passionate about horses while being detail oriented. Customer service is a top priority, and we are looking for a leader who is outgoing, friendly, and respectful to customers and staff members. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, problem solver and a team player.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Manage ALL Stallion Contracts – send contracts to potential clients, receive contracts, ensure payments are made according to the OE/Stallion Owner agreements, update the stallion season worksheet, communications with stallion owners.
Manage Stallion Records in the system – Enter and collect stallion fees, collection services and shipping.
Take all information on requests of stallion shipments and coordinate those shipments with the person in charge of scheduling collection and processing semen.
Coordinate/schedule flights and fed ex shipments as necessary. Communicate that information to the vet clinics/persons receiving the semen.
Management of return boxes.
Coordinate all stallion quarterly pay information.
Follow up on Billing.
Perform statistical data on rebreed information for each stallion.
Keep frozen inventory records and ensure tanks are always full of liquid nitrogen. This will include handling and shipping of frozen semen.
Communication with Stallion Owners as necessary. Must be courteous and professional.
Ensure that the stallions are cared for by monitoring feeding/grooming/exercise/turn out, etc.
Ensure that HAUL INS are paying for services when rendered
