About The Position

Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests over the phone and on property. Positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Establishes and maintains the good will of customers based on personal knowledge of the individual. Answers the telephone & books guest reservations for upcoming events, shows, dining reservations, hotel reservations and more as needed by VIP Guests. Creates new player accounts as requested/needed to complete bookings/reservations. Maintains reservations logs, administrative logs and files for upcoming events as requested by the Casino Hosts and PD Manager. Knowledge of the Casino and all information of each department hours of operation. Knowledge of all marketing promotions. Maintains accurate information in CMP. Establishes an ongoing dialogue with rated table and slot players. Exercises proper judgment of monetary considerations when granting player complimentaries. Resolve problems with customers within the scope of authority whenever necessary. Arranges special services for customers upon request, i.e., cab service, information regarding local area, etc. Assists in planning promotional events and the development of invitation lists for special events. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends (remotely) as needed. Must be able to always maintain company and player confidentiality. Must always be able to multi-task. Must be able to maintain a very flexible schedule. Training must be completed on site.
