The Representative Vip Services role is responsible for providing VIP service and amenities to premium players. This includes supporting property and department marketing initiatives through guest service and telemarketing. Key duties involve greeting guests, managing hotel reservations using a computer system, accessing computerized slot & pit tracking systems, and maintaining proper phone etiquette. The representative will also assist marketing departments with special events, tournaments, and distributing VIP gifts. Additional tasks include operating office machines, preparing and maintaining the VIP Lounge (making coffee, stocking refrigerators, monitoring food/beverage), managing amenity and office supplies inventory, inputting data into spreadsheets, handling money accurately, and possessing knowledge of hotel policies and systems.
