The position also includes obtaining appropriate signatures, informing patients of hospital regulations, making bed assignments, ordering stat cleans, and communicating with the house supervisor. Key duties also involve determining the need for Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN waiver), greeting patients, scanning essential documents like physician orders, driver's licenses, insurance cards, and consents, and pre-registering scheduled tests. The representative must adhere to all safety, infection control, colleague health policies, and follow HIPAA and EMTALA regulations.
