AMEX Assurance Co. (AAC) provides insurance protection for AMEX Card Members through implicit card benefits, and fee/add-on insurance products to both Card Members and non-Card Members. This is a support role residing in the Claim and Servicing Operations department of AAC located in Phoenix, AZ whose primary responsibilities include servicing policies, and facilitating mailroom responsibilities, including but not limited to sorting, prepping, and scanning of incoming/outgoing mail. This role will support both proprietary and vendor partner operations. The successful candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to follow policy language, complex procedures, and pivot in a fast-paced and agile environment with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Hours of operations 6am-5pm MST Monday-Friday (8 hour shift will be assigned once onboarded) This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, hybrid and 3 days in office is required
