A Customer Service Rep./ Order Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment and educating the customer so that they can make an informed purchase. The CS Representative/ Order Entry Specialist will develop and maintain a solid product knowledge and negotiate pricing and delivery requirements that meet the customer's expectations and production capabilities.
