About The Position

General Description: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with outgoing personality. A Customer Service Rep./ Order Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment and educating the customer so that they can make an informed purchase. The CS Representative/ Order Entry Specialist will develop and maintain a solid product knowledge and negotiate pricing and delivery requirements that meet the customer's expectations and production capabilities. Requirements

  • Genuinely positive and enthusiastic

  • Ability to speak with customers over the phone & process orders
  • Data entry skills (ability to type 60-70 wpm); accuracy is very key
  • Strong Proficiency in keyboarding and internet navigation
  • Literate in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.
  • Strong work ethic and efficient at tasks
  • Consistent attendance a must

Nice To Haves

  • Great Communications or Marketing skills is always a plus
  • Experience in customer service a plus; order entry; data entry
