About The Position

In compliance with company policies and procedures, the Repossession Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting the repossession team by submitting repossessions through vendor websites, requesting and processing required documentation, preparing and sending repossession-related correspondence, and completing other clerical duties as needed. The primary objective of this role is to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented repossession processes. This is an on-site position that requires reporting to our office in Wausau, WI. The standard schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Aqua Finance (Aqua) delivers flexible and consumer-friendly financing programs so families across the U.S. can bring their dreams to life. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using telephone, fax, and computer systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send repossession-related letters on assigned accounts.
  • Enter approved repossessions into designated vendor websites.
  • Request and process titles, UCCs, and other required documentation.
  • Track all repossessions and outcomes using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
