Conducts research to help identify trends and areas of opportunities throughout the building.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Excel with experience crafting and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Must have effective interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
  • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have the ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

  • The Reports Administrator will work closely with the Sierra FIT Manager, Finance Supervisor and Facilities Manager.
  • Works as liaison with Finance and building management.
  • Composes, compiles, analyzes, monitors, and distributes DC reports.
  • Conducts research to help identify trends and areas of opportunities throughout the building.
  • Compiles, monitors, and distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (subject to changes depending on business need).
  • Analyzes supply invoices and purchase orders for accurate pricing and quantity.
  • Contacts vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Matches invoices with receipt backup, codes for payment and submits to management for approval.
  • Enters purchase orders, receipts, and invoices into Oracle.
  • Monitors monthly general ledger report and composes/submits journal entries to EP to accurate any errors.
  • Maintains up-to-date expense control tracking through data entry of requisitions, purchase orders and invoices for all supply accounts for use by management.
  • Inputs and monitors master detail production data for each production area
  • Maintains OPH performance report by area for management use
  • Produces and distributes daily production forecast report
  • Participates in special projects as needed
