This role delivers timely, accurate insights that drive accountability and improve financial visibility across the organization. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. Success requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to influence business outcomes through data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate financial insights effectively

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a complex business environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and performance drivers
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including development of financial models
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and insights to support leadership decision-making
  • Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and tool enhancements
