Huntington Bank is seeking a skilled Reporting Development & Insights Analyst to join our Business Banking Credit Operations team. This role will design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights into credit operations, loan performance, and portfolio health. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in SQL (SAS Enterprise Guide preferred), data visualization tools, and Microsoft's Power Platform, with strong financial acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and credit operations partners.

  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions for business banking credit operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Write efficient SQL queries (SAS and SAS Enterprise Guide strongly preferred) to extract, transform, and analyze loan and portfolio data.
  • Build and manage Excel, Tableau, Power BI visualizations to report on KPIs such as credit risk metrics, loan processing SLAs, pipeline management, and portfolio performance trends.
  • Leverage advanced Excel formulas to support ad-hoc financial modeling and operational reporting.
  • Design SharePoint sites and lists for centralized credit operations reporting and process documentation and develop applications in PowerApps and automate workflows with Power Automate to streamline credit operations processes.
  • Partner with business banking credit teams to understand data needs, provide actionable insights, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure all reporting follows data governance standards and aligns with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered.
  • SAS and SAS Enterprise Guide query and Stored Process development
  • CRON automation scheduling
  • Data Visualization development with tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with business banking and/or credit operations reporting
