About The Position

ELLKAY is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the development of our internal reporting and analytics strategy, with a strong emphasis on defining, operationalizing, and evolving KPIs across the business. This role will serve as a critical partner to leadership across Delivery, Finance, Sales, and Product: ensuring alignment on what we measure, how we measure it, and how insights are used to drive performance. In addition, this role will own the strategy for our data and reporting tools ecosystem, ensuring our platforms, data models, and reporting capabilities scale with the business.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles
  • Proven experience defining and implementing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses (Azure or Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Asana
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or data-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with RevOps, financial metrics, and operational performance tracking
  • Experience helping define or evolve a company’s data and analytics tooling strategy

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive and functional leaders to define enterprise and departmental KPIs aligned to ELLKAY’s strategic objectives
  • Translate business goals into measurable, actionable metrics across Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Product
  • Continuously refine KPIs to reflect evolving business priorities
  • Provide deep-dive analysis to explain performance trends, identify drivers, and highlight opportunities
  • Ensure KPIs are clearly documented, consistently defined, and broadly understood across teams.
  • Deliver insights that support key business decisions, including forecasting, performance management, and operational improvements
  • Advance reporting capabilities from descriptive metrics to more diagnostic, predictive, and forward-looking insights.
  • Use data analysis, scenario modeling, and AI-assisted analytics tools to identify patterns, inefficiencies, emerging risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making and enterprise priorities.
  • Support a culture of data-driven accountability by enabling leaders to interpret and act on key business insights.
  • Define and implement a scalable reporting framework that supports consistent, trusted insights across the organization
  • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards and reports in Power BI and related platforms.
  • Ensure reporting is intuitive, actionable, and aligned to KPI definitions
  • Enable self-service analytics while maintaining governance and consistency
  • Incorporate automation and AI-enabled reporting capabilities where appropriate to improve speed, usability, and decision support.
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for ELLKAY’s data warehouse and analytics tooling ecosystem
  • Define how data from core systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Asana, and others) is integrated, structured, and made available for reporting
  • Partner with technical teams to evolve our data platform (e.g., Azure-based data warehouse or Snowflake) to support business needs
  • Evaluate and optimize tools across the stack, including data ingestion, transformation, and BI (Power BI)
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to accelerate reporting development, improve insight generation, enhance anomaly detection, strengthen forecasting, and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure the data architecture supports scalability, performance, and ease of use for analysts and business users
  • Drive standardization of data models and reduce fragmentation across reporting sources
  • Establish clear definitions and documentation for all core metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure alignment across systems and teams, reducing conflicting definitions and “multiple versions of the truth”
  • Promote data quality, transparency, and trust across the organization
  • Implement lightweight governance practices around data usage, access, and metric ownership
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure governance practices support both control and business agility.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders across Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Product
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions related to metrics, trends, performance outcomes, and accountability.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reporting and analytics solutions align with operational and strategic priorities.
  • Prioritize and manage analytics initiatives based on business impact
  • Deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and analyses
  • Mentor and guide analysts as the function grows
