EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting Analytics Manager. In this critical role, The Reporting Analytics Manager plays a key role in supporting and ensuring the achievement of various reporting needs for multiple departments. They work closely with key internal teams to understand and complete requests and projects. The Reporting Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the scope, objectives, and timelines for analytics projects to meet business needs and are able to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. They play a crucial role in developing data-driven strategies that support organizational growth and best practices for data collection, modeling, and interpretation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of PBM experience or at least 4 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or similar
  • Strong data science skills using tools like SQL, R, Python, or SAS.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex analysis and make recommendations based on statistical inferences. Experience with a wide variety of analytical or statistical methods.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with analytics model development and maintenance, report development, troubleshooting, and support
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or dashboard tools like Tableau, Looker, or Domo
  • Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills; Able to develop and deliver clear, crisp, and customer focused messages and presentations to all levels company team members

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating accurate, timely and actionable reports, dashboards, models, and analyses that can be used by both technical and non-technical end users. Including but not limited to ad-hoc client analytics, cost driver deep dive analytics, forecast modeling, cost avoidance & outcomes reporting, and creating reusable and automatable processes that can scale
  • Meets with end users to gather data analysis requirements to deliver accurate results.
  • Identifies problems, assists in researching solutions, and recommends corrective actions to achieve higher levels of integrity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with key teams (e.g., Data Engineering, BI, Compliance, Client Experience) to improve processes, increase efficiency, and execute on requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage, mentor, and ensure technical and analytical development of the team.
  • Ensures data accuracy through validation, documentation, and transparency.
  • Proficiently utilize internal and third-party platforms and reporting tools needed (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, DOMO)
  • Effectively utilize project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Zoho, JIRA, etc.) to communicate and track requests with other internal teammates.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects that involve the various risk teams
  • Follow all defined practices, processes, and procedures with inter-departmental teams such as Data Engineering, BI, Compliance, Finance, UW, and Client Experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key teams including Care Management, Client Management, and Finance
  • Handle ad hoc requests from Care Management, Client Experience, and Finance teams
  • Effectively support fellow peers, as needed
