About The Position

This role supports operational, clinical, and leadership teams by transforming complex data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights. The Reporting Analyst must be a strong multi-tasker who can organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail. Our IT department operates in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are a growing team working across a wide range of technologies, including web applications, mobile applications, and cloud solutions.This position reports directly to the Director of Software Services and is on-site.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, with strong T-SQL experience including stored procedures, views, functions, and query optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
• 2–4 years of experience in reporting and dashboard development
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports, and XML
• Experience with SAP Lumira and SAP Universes
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BOE)
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems or clinical data

Responsibilities

• Analyze database tables, relationships, and structures to ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights into key business metrics
• Map existing or new SQL queries to reports within new or existing internal applications
• Work with internal stakeholders (operations, clinical teams, and leadership) to gather business requirements and determine the most effective reporting solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting systems, queries, dashboards, and reporting procedures
• Provide user support for reports, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Train users on the operation, scheduling, and interpretation of reports and dashboards
