Duties include regular reporting (pulling data from multiple systems and combining in excel), third party platform support including ticket submission, UX testing and regular follow up to ensure timely resolution. Support would include intake call/meeting with end user, securing screenshots or recordings of platform issues/questions and submitting support tickets via the platform portal. Attending a weekly ticketing support call and gathering additional information and testing suggested solutions is expected. Position is responsible for managing an administrative function of a department or general office. Also, responsible for performing complex and diversified administrative duties for a department or general office.
