Job Duties/Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies and trends across multiple data sets, including Excel files, databases tables, and CSVs documents. Pull and send reports on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders. SQL Query Writing: Write SQL queries, views, and procedures to pull and transform data accurately and efficiently. Salesforce & Power BI Support: Create, update, and support reports in Salesforce and Power BI, ensuring that data visualization meets business requirements and enhances decision-making capabilities. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Assist the Enterprise Architect with data-related projects and initiatives as required. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and recommend solutions to enhance overall business performance. Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users regarding data tools and processes, creating user guides to facilitate understanding and usage. Other Tasks as Needed: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives and team initiatives. Characteristics: Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
